How to use:

Legs:

Apply from the bottom at ankle height upwards making a spiral bandage.

Leave on for 20 to 30 minutes.

Remove the bandages and massage the product without rinsing, possibly dabbing with absorbent paper.

For best results, combine the use of bandages, pressotherapy or massage.

Arms:

wrap the bandage along the entire length of the arm starting from the hand up to the shoulder.

If desired, cover with the cartene sheet or with transparent film. Leave on for at least 20 to 30 minutes.
